These terms apply when you use the website and mobile applications (the "Apps") published by Ananta Dynamics (Pty) Ltd ("Ananta Dynamics", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using our Apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our Apps on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and Google Play's terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Apps.

Purchases

Paid Apps and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep our Apps running well but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Disclaimer and liability

The Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
